Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 lb large shrimp cooked and shelled (20 shrimp)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 lb bacon slices
Directions
- Combine the soy sauce and sherry in a bowl, add in the shrimps and marinate in the mix for 30 min in the refrigerator.
- Remove the shrimps from the marinade and sprinkle well with the brown sugar. Wrap each shrimp in a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick. Broil till the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
