Ingredients

1 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1Â 1/2 c. Water
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Flour
Â Â Lemon rind

Directions

Brown meat. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add in: Bring ingredients to boil. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
Turn meat in juice during baking. Drain 2 cans of butter beans. Add in beans to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
