Directions

  1. Brown ribs in fat - remove to casserole. Saute/fry onions, pour off drippings. Add in remaining ingredients except lima beans. Bring to a boil - pour over ribs in casserole dish. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hrs at 400 degrees or possibly till meat is tender. Add in lima beans. Cover and bake 30 min longer. Garnish with slices of onions.
