Ingredients

  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 (10 ounce.) bag frzn peas (not in butter sauce)
  • 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Layer ingredients in order in bowl. Cover salad with mayonnaise like you are frosting a cake (about 1 inch thick). Refrigerateovernight. Toss next day just before serving.
