Ingredients
- 4 c. Rice, (800 g)
- 1 c. Poha, (pressed rice) (160 g)
- 1 c. Urad dal, (200 g)
- 3/4 tsp Salt, (4 g)
- 1/4 tsp Soda bicarb, (1 g)
Directions
- SOAK the rice and urad dal together for at least an hour. Wash well. Wash the poha. Grind the rice, urad dal and poha to a smooth paste. Add in sufficient water to obtain a smooth and thin batter. Add in soda bicarb and salt to taste. Stir well.
