Directions

  1. 1. Combine breadcrumbs through cayenne in shallow dish. Place buttermilk in shallow dish.
  2. 2. Dip chicken in buttermilk, dredge in breadcrumb mix, then place on sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken and bake at 400F for 40 mins.
  3. NOTES : Moist and tender with great flavour. Take any leftover crumb mix and sprinkle or possibly crumble over chicken pcs on baking sheet. Adds extra crunchiness.
  4. Cayenne gives it an extra oomph.
