- 4 x Apples, cored and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Grated Ginger Root
- 1 c. Minced Celery
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Minced Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/3 c. Orange Juice
- 1 head of Boston lettuce
- 2 x oranges, peeled and segmented Fresh Mint leaves
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients and refrigeratefor one hour. Serve on lettuce leaves, nicely garnished with slices of orange and mint leaves.
