Directions

  1. Slice lamb
  2. Strip leaves and coarsely chop coriander and sweet basil
  3. Peel garlic cloves and slice thinly
  4. Mix rice wine, sauce soy and sesame oil in mixing bowl
  5. Mix well to achieve a smooth mix
  6. Add in lamb slices and mix into marinade well
  7. Allow to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature
  8. Heat oil in frying pan or possibly wok over very high heat
  9. Remove slices from marinade and toss into frying pan
  10. Brown while stirring vigorously for 1 minutes
  11. Add in garlic and rest of marinade
  12. Brown for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring vigorously
  13. Add in coriander and sweet basil
  14. Sauté another minutes
  15. Salt and pepper
  16. Immediately serve very warm, accompanied by Basmati rice or possibly glutinous rice.
