Salt Substitutes Recipe

•     All purpose
• 2 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp dillweed
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp powdered lemon rind
•     Blend well
•     Store in glass salt shaker
•     Add in a few grains of rice to prevent caking
•     Herb mix
• 1 tsp grnd red pepper cayenne
• 1 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp mace
• 1 tsp dry parsley
• 1 tsp dry parsley
• 1 tsp savory
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp onion pwdr
• 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
• 1 tsp sage
•     Blend well
•     Substitute other herbs as desired
•     For potatoes & veggies
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp sage
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1/4 tsp marjoram
•     Blend well
•     Sub oregano for mustard if you like
•     For Fish
• 3/4 tsp dry parsley
• 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
• 1/2 tsp dill seed
• 1/4 tsp marjoram
• 1/4 tsp paprika
•     Blend well
•     All purpose
• 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1/4 tsp crushed thyme leaf
• 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/8 tsp celery seed
• 1/4 tsp crushed white pepper
• 1/4 tsp grnd dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp dry lemon peel
• 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
•     Blend well
