  • 1 can (15 oz) fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 serrano chile, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground chipotle chile
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp dried cilantro
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Mix all together and chill in fridge for at least an hour to allow flavors to mix together
