Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 lrg Yellow onion
- 1 lrg Green pepper
- 2 can (large) whole tomatoes
- 2 can (soup can size) dark red kidney beans
- 3 tsp Grocery store chili pwdr
- 3 tsp Real chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 tsp Grnd cardamom
- 1/3 c. White or possibly red wine
Directions
- Brown grnd beef. Add in diced onion and green pepper and cook till soft.
- Put both cans of whole tomatoes into crock pot and crush with hands. Add in both cans of kidney beans, rinsed, to crock pot. Add in cooked meat/onion/green peppers. Add in all seasonings and wine. Cook on high all day, stiring occasionally. Serve over cooked elbow noodles.
