Directions

  1. Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over diced onions and garlic. Add in about 1/2 c. of water and cover. Roast at 350 F. till almost tender. Remove cover, lower heat to 325 F. and bake uncovered, turning once till each piece is golden.
