  1. CRUST: Combine, mix well, and spread proportionately in a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. FILLING: Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed till light and creamy. Add in lowfat sour cream. Mix 1 minute. Add in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Mix 1 minute. Add in Large eggs. Mix 1 minute. Add in pumpkin. Mix**2** min. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min, till hard. Refrigerateovernight, and serve with Cranberry Sauce.
