Directions

  1. Sift first 5 ingredients together and set aside. Put together beaten large eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar. Add in to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (can add in 1/2 to 1 cup minced nuts and 1/2 cup raisins, if you like). Makes 2 loaves.
