3 1/2 c. cooked, liquid removed sauerkraut
2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine potatoes, sauerkraut, and Large eggs. Toss lightly and chill. Add in remaining ingredients and toss lightly but thoroughly. Serve chilled. Serves 6 to 8.
