8-10 med. potatoes, boiled in skins
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. minced onions
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 slices bread, cubed
2 tbsp. parsley
1 teaspoon garlic

Directions

Boil potatoes in jackets; cube. Put in large casserole dish. Cube cheese and sprinkle over potatoes. Add in other ingredients and cover with cubed bread pcs. Heat butter and pour over casserole. Bake 15-20 min at 350 degrees.
