Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 potatoes, sliced or possibly quartered
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 lg. can lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix soup and lowfat milk together. Brown pork chops in Dutch oven. Put potatoes on top of pork chops. Pour soup over top. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
