Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Place pork chops in a ovenware dish
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder
  4. Top with potatoes
  5. Top with onions
  6. Mix soy sauce and water. Pour over meat, potatoes & onions
  7. Dot with butter
  8. Sprinkle with parsley
  9. Cover with foil. Place in oven
  10. Bake 50-60 minutes until potatoes are cooked through
  11. *Can remove foil 10 minutes before done to let potatoes brown a bit
