Directions

  1. Marinade pork with calamansi and soy sauce for 1-2 hours (some like it overnight).
  2. Skewer each pork slices until skewer is filled.
  3. Grill each piece side by side in a charcoal grill.
  4. Turn the skewer 3minutes after to cook the other side.
  5. Cook until pork is well grilled on each sides.
  6. Serve with steamed rice and tomatoes.
