Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Matzo cake meal
- 6 Tbsp. Potato starch
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 pkt Vanilla sugar, or possibly 1 tsp vanilla ext
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr, Pesach type
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Nonfat yogurt
- 2/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, or possibly 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. Chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust till combined.
- Add in chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or possibly oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15 min at 400F.
