Directions

  1. Cut green peppers in long 1/2 inch strips. Chop onion up with garlic. Fry vegetables in oil. Fry Italian sausage in separate pan till well done. Cut into small bite-size pcs and place in frying pan with vegetables. Simmer for 5 - 10 min. Serve warm for side dishes or possibly as a sandwich.
  2. Option: slow cook in crock pot.
