  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into pan (9x13). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  2. Icing:Mix till smooth. Frost cake.
  3. * Optional. Cake can be served cold with icing, or possibly served hot by itself or possibly with ice cream.
