Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped or possibly minced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • juice from half a lemon (can be less, depending on your tastes)

Directions

  1. In a non-stick pan, combine all ingredients, stirring constatntly over medium heat till peanut butter has melted. You can do this in the microwave too, for about 30-40 seconds.
  2. Tastes great over noodles and vegetables, or possibly as a sauce over chicken or possibly beef.
