  • 2 lbs. stew meat
  • 2 lbs. chicken
  • 1 pound fish
  • 1 sm. can tomato paste
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 teaspoon smooth peanut butter
  • 4 c. rice

Directions

  1. Cut meat, chicken and fish into cubes. Add in seasonings, green pepper and onion. Boil 30-45 min. Add in peanut butter and tomato paste. Boil another 15 min. Cook rice separately. Spoon meat mix over rice on plate. Serves 6-8.
