Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups oats
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In the food processor process the peanut butter, milk, vanilla and eggs and process. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the processor.
- Prepare cupcake tins with butter.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
