Ingredients

5 lbs. chicken (use legs, breasts or possibly whatever you like)
1 jar peach preserves (18 ounce.)
8 ounce. Red Russian dressing

Directions

Skin chicken, season to taste. Arrange chicken in pan. Mix together peach preserves and dressing. Pour over chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min. Turn chicken halfway. Serves 8-10.
