- 1/4 c. Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 c. Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter softened
- 1 x Clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 c. Walnuts minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil
- 1/2 tsp Dry Basil
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 ounce Dry Pasta cooked and liquid removed
Directions
- Process ricotta, yogurt, butter, garlic, walnuts, lowfat milk and cheese in blender or possibly food processor till smooth. Stir in parsley, basil, pepper.
