Ingredients

  • 1 can (11-ounce) mandarin oranges
  • 1 pkt Orange gelatin pwdr
  • 1 pt Orange sherbet
  • 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 loaf (small) angel food cake, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Mandarin oranges, for garnish

Directions

  1. Drain liquid for mandarin 11 ounce. can of oranges into large c. and add in water to make 1 c. liquid. Bring to a boil in Microwave. Add in gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Cold till just hot. Add in orange sherbet. Mix to heat. Add in whipped cream. Pour 1/3 of mix into 9x9" glass pan. Add in cake cubes to pan. Cover with mandarin oranges and rest of gelatin mix. Chill.
  2. Garnish with more orange segments to serve.
