Ingredients
- 6 lrg Onions - sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Dark muscavado sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Ginger preserve
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 1 sm Glass of dry white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Minced fresh sage
Directions
- 1 Soften the onion in oil - do not brown. Add in the wine vinegar, reduce for 25 min and stir in the preserve and sugar till dissolved and caramelised.
