This is traditional russian cold soup, very good in summer and fast cooking.

  1. boil potatoes, eggs
  2. dice ham, radish, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, cucumbers
  3. pour kefir and mineral water for consistency of soup
  4. chop greens
  5. add ice cubs if you want

    This is one of my all-time favorites. You should do it no-matter-what, the taste is delicious and fresh. In fact, in also be made with kvas instead of kefir, but I like kefir much better.
