Lagman is a traditional Uzbek food. In this variation I use noodle instead of special dough and sauce.

Ingredients
- 200g beef (see second picture)
- 1 big or 2 small carrot
- 1 big or 2 small potato
- 1 onion
- noodle
- 2 spoons of oil
- pepper, salt and black cumin seed
- 1.5 glass of water
Directions
- Boil noodle. At this time:
- Cut beef, potatoes and half of carrot by 1x1cm pieces
- Slice onion and grate half of carrot
- Put oil in pan on the medium fire, put in onion, fry until it become transparent, add grated carrot, fry it a little, add beef pieces fry until it become gray, add potatoes and carrot pieces (see third picture), add water, species, boil under the cover until potatoes get prepared
- Serve in bowls, put noodle on bottom, pour with sauce, put sliced greens upon it (see first picture).
