Natural Dog Biscuits For Fido Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Warm water
  • 8 x Chicken bouillion cubes
  • 1 pkt Active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Tomato juice
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 c. Wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 300.
  2. Pour water into large bowl. Add in bouillion cubes and crush with fork.
  3. Stir in yeast and let stand 5 min. Stir in remaining till well blended.
  4. Sprinkle a little flour on cutting board. Take 1/3 dough and form ball. Using rolling pan flatten to about 1/4 inch. If too sticky, add in more flour. Cut dough into shapes with knife or possibly cookie cutters.
  5. Use spatula to put on cookie sheet. Repeat with rest of dough. Bake biscuits 1 hour 300 degrees oven. Let biscuits dry in turned off oven for about 4 hrs. Let cold before giving to dogs.
