Ingredients
- 3 x egg whites
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs * see
- 1 c. pecans finely chop
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. heavy cream whipped
Directions
- Finely rolled. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form; gradually add in sugar, beating till stiff peaks form. Combine next three ingredients; fold into egg whites. Spread in a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake in the center of a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min. Cold thoroughly. Spread with whipped cream. Refrigerate6 hrs or possibly overnight before serving.
