Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. pecans (for pecan pie)
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions
- Mix sugars and flour. Beat in thoroughly Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla and butter. Mix in nuts for pecan pie. Pour into pastry lined pan. Bake 40 to 50 min in 375 degree oven. Serve hot, plain or possibly with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
