Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. raisins, minced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 healthy pinch nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake like lemon custard. Then beat 2 egg whites; add in 2 Tbsp. of sugar and beat till stiff but not dry. Be sure all sugar granules are dissolved. Spread on pie and set in moderate oven till golden.
