  1. Break up slices of white bread into pcs and put into large roaster. Add in croutons, onions, celery, Large eggs and seasonings and mix. In saucepan over low heat heat butter, take off stove and add in water and chicken broth. Pour these wet ingredients over dry ones in roaster and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
