Ingredients
- 10 1/2 can beef consomme
- 1 env. plain gelatin
- 4 1/2 tin liver spread or possibly the equivalent amt. of liverwurst
- 4 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- Few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin into consomme, heat slowly till dissolved. Pour 1/3 into greased mold. Mix liver, cream cheese, consomme, Worcestershire sauce.
- When consomme in mold is hard, add in on top cheese mix. Refrigeratetill all is hard. Unmold, serve with Melba or possibly crackers.
