Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 can beef consomme
  • 1 env. plain gelatin
  • 4 1/2 tin liver spread or possibly the equivalent amt. of liverwurst
  • 4 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • Few shakes of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin into consomme, heat slowly till dissolved. Pour 1/3 into greased mold. Mix liver, cream cheese, consomme, Worcestershire sauce.
  2. When consomme in mold is hard, add in on top cheese mix. Refrigeratetill all is hard. Unmold, serve with Melba or possibly crackers.
