6 c. XXX sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. instant coffee (in 1/2 c. boiling water, cooled)
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pcs, melted

Directions

In mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add in egg yolks while beating. Add in liquid and chocolate. Makes a heap of frosting. Sufficient for 2 or possibly 3 layer cake.
