  • 1 1/2 c. cooked carrots, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked green beans
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked peas
  • 1 c. raw celery, sliced
  • 1 c. cooked beets, diced
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. small pimento stuffed olives
  • Lettuce

Directions

  1. Refrigeratevegetables, Large eggs and olives separately. Arrange lettuce in large salad bowl. Just before serving, combine all ingredients and toss with salad dressing.
