- 1 1/2 c. cooked carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. cooked green beans
- 1 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. raw celery, sliced
- 1 c. cooked beets, diced
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 3/4 c. small pimento stuffed olives
- Lettuce
Directions
- Refrigeratevegetables, Large eggs and olives separately. Arrange lettuce in large salad bowl. Just before serving, combine all ingredients and toss with salad dressing.
