Ingredients
- 16 ounce Milky way candy bars
- 1 quart Whipping cream, divided
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 quart Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 pkt (3.9 ounce) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix.
Directions
- In a double boiler, heat candy bars with half the cream. Beat Large eggs in remaining cream. Whisk into melted chocolate. Cook and stir for 5 min.
- Cold Beat lowfat milk and pudding mixes. Fold into chocolate mix. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Makes about 3 qts.
