Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (1 ounce.) pkg. seasoning for Swiss steak
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions
- Cut steak into serving size pcs. Coat with flour. Place in a single layer in roasting bag. Combine seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water. Pour over steak in bag. Close bag with string about 2 inches from end. Place in 7 1/2 x 12 inch baking dish. Puncture 4 holes with fork in top of bag. Let stand 10 min. Cook on "high" in microwave for 10 min. Turn dish and cook another 10 min. Let stand 10 min before serving. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
