Ingredients
- 6 med. red or possibly green peppers
- 1 minced onion
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- Pepper and warm sauce to taste
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 stalk celery
Directions
- Remove pepper tops and seeds. Crumble grnd turkey and combine with onion. Microwave on high till onion is transparent (about 3 to 4 min). Pour off liquid.
- Combine mix with remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers and wrap each tightly with plastic wrap. Place peppers upright in dish and cover dish with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 12 min.
