  • 1 c. minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

  1. Combine rice, pudding mix, cinnamon, and salt in 3 qt casserole. Stir in lowfat milk. Cook covered on level 8 7-9 min, or possibly till it begins to boil. Stir half way with wire whip. Stir in raisins, sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 4-5 servings.
