Ingredients

5 tbsp. (heaping) powdered sugar
1 c. minced nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
A little almond extract if you like
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar to roll baked cookies in

Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Form in small balls, press hole in the middle with finger. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Roll in powdered sugar and press sugar down in hole.
