Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Mix butter and sugar. Add in other ingredients. Stir nuts in last by hand, not in mixer. Roll in balls. Then flatten with a fork. Bake about 10 min at 325 degrees. Do not grease pan. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
