Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Healthy pinch of salt
2 c. cake flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1/2 c. minced nuts

Directions

Mix butter and sugar. Add in other ingredients. Stir nuts in last by hand, not in mixer. Roll in balls. Then flatten with a fork. Bake about 10 min at 325 degrees. Do not grease pan. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
