Ingredients

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1 c. onion (minced)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (16 ounce.)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sliced olives
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Brown beef with onions in large skillet, breaking beef into small pcs. Stir in tomato sauce, water, olives and chili pwdr. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Serve with tortilla chips.
