  1. 1. Lightly brown meat in butter in large skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
  2. 2. Thinly slice onion and green pepper and add in to skillet. Stir in minute rice right from box.
  3. 3. Saute/fry over high heat till rice is lightly browned.
  4. Add in tomatoes, mustard and remaining salt. Mix well.
  5. 4. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 min uncovered.
