- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 lb Crab meat
Directions
- Remove shells from crab meat and place crab meat in a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients. Shape into small cakes. Fry or possibly broil till golden.
