Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Marinate beef tenderloin 24 hrs in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 min. Serve with marinade on side. Great on grill also!
