Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 lbs. meat
- Seasonings: garlic, onion, black pepper
Directions
- Season meat. Roll in sugar and oil mix. Soak in soy sauce all day or possibly night. Thread on skewers. Grill.
